Packing patterns in nature are fractal, as they feature repeated patterns at multiple scales of magnification. The smaller the magnification, the more complexity appears.
Packing patterns can be seen in sand deposits or any material deposit, atomic structure, and molecular structure.
All forms of matter feature some level of packing pattern, which are fractal.
