Manatee Evolution or Creation?

Manatees, also called sea cows, are unique marine mammals also known as sea cows and showcase the skill of an Intelligent Designer.
The manatee can be up to four meters long and weigh up to 590 kilograms (1,300 pounds).
Commonly living in shallow coastal areas, manatees are plant-eaters and features two front paddle-shaped fins and a paddle-shaped tail. Manatees are an endangered species off the coast of Florida. A similar looking marine mammal to the manatee, the dugong has a whale-like tail.
Manatees must live in warm water because they do not have as much internal fat to keep them warm like the flubber on whales.
Manatees are known to have a strong immune system and are naturally resistant to infectious disease.
Manatees will sleep underwater while their heart rate drops to one beat every 15 minutes. As an aquatic mammal, the manatee must come to the surface every few minutes to breathe but manatees can hold their breath up to 20 minutes. In a single breath, manatees can exchange about 90% of the air that is in their lungs, compared to only 10 percent for humans. Manatees only breathe through their nostrils and not their mouth, making this breathing exchange even more impressive. This large oxygen exchange allows the manatee to stay underwater longer between breaths.
Evolutionists claim that manatees had a common ancestor with the elephant 50 million years ago, but evolutionists have difficulty explaining how an elephant-like land mammal became a marine mammal and lost its legs while developing a paddle-shaped tail and fins. Intermediate forms between manatee-elephant are nonexistent and each are unique animals created and designed by God.
This is in addition to the evolutionist belief that land mammals evolved from marine animals.
Particular features on the manatee defy evolution, such as the large upper lip, which was designed specifically for grasping food, mostly plant based, in the marine environment. The manatee has sensitive whiskers on its face that can sense food and other objects.
Manatees breathe out of their nose and a muscle opens the nose up while breathing and closes when going back into the water. If this feature evolved over millions of years, how could the manatee breathe during this transition? It must have been designed and created at once.
The manatee tail propels itself in the water and this tail enables the manatee to move in the waters. How could this feature evolve from a four legged mammal? A four legged mammal could not survive in the waters.
The manatee needs the anatomical features that it has right now and if it needed to evolve these features over millions of years, it could not survive in the waters. The manatee is a unique animal designed and created during the Creation Week 6,000 years and not over millions of years of evolution.
