Lack of Plant Fossils Buried With Animal Fossils

The fossil record contains many types of animal fossils buried and fossilized without any sign of plant fossils. The absence of plant fossils buried with animal fossils gives strong evidence of catastrophic burial by the global Genesis Flood less than 5,000 years ago and the young earth model. This absence of plant fossils in the strata with animal fossils also weakens the idea of gradual or tranquil sea level rise over millions of years drowning a particular landscape or environment in place that the evolutionists propose. With the existence of so much plant material on Earth and the strong possibility of more plant life before the global flood than after, as evident with the numerous coal deposits on earth and the rise in sea level, why are there so many animal fossils deposited without plant fossils? Therefore, the lack of plant fossils buried with animal fossils indicates a sudden, catastrophic burial of fossils many of which were transported great distances from their original location by the global flood less than 5,000 years ago.
