Fractals are unique patterns found in nature that are repeated continuously and infinitely at various size scales, including a fine structure at small scales. These patterns continue to form while keeping the same pattern. These patterns can be used to explain the presence of intelligent design in nature provided by an Intelligent Designer, in addition to refuting the concept of macroevolution from primitive states to complex. Some believe that the entire universe is composed of fractal patterns and the universe is one large fractal. Common fractal patterns include:

Mathematical Patterns in Nature
The Golden Ratio and the Fibonacci Numbers Sequence spiral
Transcendental numbers pi and e
Prime numbers
Irrational numbers
Tessellation patterns

Fractal patterns are more complex than simple geometric shapes like the circle, triangle, rectangle, and square, therefore, are more difficult to describe.
