Eve: The Mother of the Living

The Book of Genesis describes Eve as the first woman and the "mother of the living."

If there were other humans before Eve, why would the Bible not say so?

Is there any evidence that there were humans on Earth before Adam and Eve?

The Book of Genesis states:

20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living. Genesis 3:20.

Why would the Bible, the inspired Word of God, specifically describe Eve as "The Mother of All Living" if there were other humans and therefore other women and mothers before Eve?

The only explanation we can obtain from the Bible is that Eve was indeed the first woman on Earth and the Mother of All Living, and therefore Adam was the first man on Earth and these were the first humans on Earth.

How can anyone therefore theologically justify the belief that there were other humans on Earth before Adam and Eve?

In addition to the Biblical scriptures, there is new research in genetics that gives strong evidence for a single mother ancestor of humans and a single couple that all humans originated from, despite the evolutionist beliefs.
