The foundation for creation science has been established in the late 20th century and there is much evidence for the Genesis Flood and the young Earth.
The research continues among creationists and creation science organizations today. Evidence from science and nature is constantly studied to confirm the occurrence of the global flood of Genesis and the young earth.
Creation science and flood geology explains many things that mainstream uniformitarian geology cannot, however. The fossil record and the erosional surfaces around the world are explained much more easily with the creationist model than the old earth uniformitarian model.
Catastrophic processes and mature creation define creation science, in opposition to the slow, gradual processes over long periods of time interpreted by many scientists.
The present processes are not the key to the past.
